Hi, I’m Tana!

I’m an actor, director, speaker and coach. I hold an Masters of Science in Creative Arts & Mental Health from Queen Mary University of London and a BA in Acting from The Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts.

I am a certified life coach, and I hold a blue belt in Innovation Engineering and am also the resident improv coach at GEM Coaching Network in NYC. I lead workshops all over the world focused on using the tools of improvisation to improve connection, collaboration, and trust in the unknown. In my coaching work, I primarily focus on communication and gaining confidence around public speaking.

have worked in the theatre industry for over 30 years — most recently as a company member of The How, an international movement theatre ensemble, and with the musical sketch comedy troup, Broad Comedy, for over a decade. This past year, I toured my one-woman show about mental health to Istanbul, NYC, London, Brighton and Edinburgh.

My experience in the theatre industry has equipped me with the tools necessary to coach clients on how to handle the unexpected, communicate effectively, and enhance confidence. My expertise in the field of mental health allows me to approach coaching from a place of empathy and connection as we work together on a value-led approach that will increase alignment and satisfaction in your work and life. I teach how the skills of improvisation can help you ground in the present moment and move beyond perfectionism and fear into a space of authenticity and creative flow.

I look forward to hearing from you!
