Tana Sirois is an actor/theatre-maker who delivers engaging and fun keynotes and workshops that foster connection, collaboration and confidence through improvisation and play.

Tana received her MSc in Creative Arts & Mental Health from Queen Mary University of London, and her BA in Acting at Paul McCartney's University, The Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts.

Tana's experience as an actor and facilitator and her expertise in the field of mental health places her in a unique position to connect deeply with participants, inspiring them to ground in the present moment, and move beyond perfectionism and fear into a space of authenticity and creative flow.

She is co-founder of the non-profit Arts & Culture center, Culture Lab LIC in NYC, and Artistic Director of Dirt [contained] Theatre Company. She is a member of the international movement theatre collective The How, and has spent the past 8 years touring the USA with the feminist musical sketch comedy show Broad Comedy. She has worked in the theatre industry for over 30 years, directed Off-Broadway, and performed in over 100 theatrical productions across the USA, UK, and Turkey. She believes in the efficacy of art for social justice and holds a deep respect for the profound healing power of the theatre.

Tana is a guest lecturer at the University for the Creative Arts in London, and a certified life coach and workshop leader in Katie Goodman's "Improvisation For Life Workshop Certification Program". She leads workshops and trainings across the USA and UK that are focused on supporting mental wellness through improvisation, embodiment, collaboration and play.
